Surrender Application

If you need to surrender your Bulldog:  You will be required to complete a short Surrender Application.

We know how very difficult it has been to come to the decision to surrender your bulldog. You have taken the first step in making the transition for your bulldog as easy as possible. At EBRNetwork we are not here to judge you or to make this decision even more difficult for you we are here to help. 

We understand life changes on a daily basis. 

When you need to surrender your Bulldog, please be prepared to provide us with the following information:

  • Age and sex of the dog, and if he/she is spayed/neutered

  • Any known behavioral issues (dog aggression, fear, dominance, etc.)

  • The status of vaccinations

  • The timeframe in which you need to surrender the bulldog

  • Full picture, body and tail

  • Not required a small Donation would be helpful
